All On-site Job Description a. Process non-conformances and CAPAs following approved procedures. b. Perform investigations and assist in problem solving following approved methodologies c. Partners with engineering, production, maintenance, etc. to maintain/increase the quality level within the organization d. Ensures local issues are incorporated into global total quality management plans, taking legal requirements and local manufacturing processes into consideration e. Monitors quality control processes, work assignments g. has knowledge of cGMPs and enforcement of standards such as

ISO 13485, ISO 14971

h. Promotes quality best practice within the company i. Coordinates operating activities so that products are manufactured within quality standards Minimal work direction needed, highly skilled and knowledgeable to the position and provides best practicing sharing within work group. Worker to assume responsibilities of performing and guiding approved self-initiated or assigned technical programs leading to innovative applications and extensions of existing and new technologies of major importance to the division/staff organization. Usually reports to a supervisor, manager or a senior technical individual. Duties and responsibilities include establishing and cultivating an extensive network of support (laboratory, manufacturing, engineering, sales and marketing) to facilitate completion of assignments. Actively participating in project planning and documenting experimental data/observations in technical notebooks (or approved electronic files), preparing reports, and making oral presentations. May also be required to provide technical supervision/management of other contingent technical workers.
