Summit, NJ As an Assistant Scientist youwill:

Execute experiments in the process development labs whichincludes aseptic processing and operation of automated processequipment.? Summarize experimental data and aid in analysis to drawconclusions.? Coordinate with the analytical group for timelydelivery of process samples and turn-around of analytical data.??Support production related investigations, ensuring compliance withinternal standards and regulatory requirements.? Develop andexecute manufacturing process changes and improvement activities,and/or author technical reports for process changes andimprovements.? Support process comparability and process validationstudies including planning, execution, and documentationmanagement. Support necessary technical experiments and analysis toenable decisions related to raw materials changes.? Flexibilitywith work schedule as maintenance of cell cultures on occasionalweekends, early mornings, or evenings is required.

The idealcandidate will have:

Degree in Biological Sciences,Chemical/Biomedical Engineering, Life Sciences or relateddiscipline.? 1 years of experience in Cell culture, Asepticprocessing and Gene Therapy. Required BS degree with minimum of 2years of relevant experience, or MS degree with minimum 0 years ofrelevant experience in biologic process/analytical development orcommercial biologic manufacturing process support.? Experience withcell therapy process development or manufacturing? Proficiencyutilizing MS Office products and working knowledge of statisticalsoftware (R, JMP, Minitab)? Experience supporting investigations insupport of commercial manufacturing? Qualified candidates should

Pay Range•: $25 – $36 per hour •Pay rangeoffered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors,including the candidate’s education, work experience, worklocation, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
