Schedule:

Rotating shifts, weekends, and holidays

Pay:

$16.23/hr.

Qualifications:

Degree in Biological Sciences, Chemistry. Must be 18+, Biology, Chemistry, Science related degree or working towards the degree.

Key Responsibilities:

The role involves conducting accurate and timely laboratory analysis, including both basic and advanced testing such as HPLC, GC, and NIR. Responsibilities include maintaining lab equipment, performing analytical tests on raw materials and byproducts, and entering data into production logs. In the distillery, duties include monitoring fermentation quality, analyzing mash and beer, calculating yields, checking still operations, and assessing grain milling quality. Overall, the position supports quality control and process optimization in both lab and distillery environments. We have tons of perks!
