RAYUS Radiology is looking for a Clinical Research Coordinator to join our team. As a Clinical Research Coordinator, you will Implement, administer, and continually enhance the imaging research process. Work closely with internal and external resources to create and update protocols and ensure appropriate communications and agreements are set in place. This is a full-time position working 40 hours per week, corporate hours.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
(60%) Research Management Manages the research from draft agreement through completion; including tracking, setting up billing and reporting on volumes and revenue
Collects, reviews and follows up on requests for research agreements
Drafts research agreements for approved requests and partners with legal on the final agreements
Aggregates necessary protocols for each new agreement including outside Institutional Review Board (IRB) documentation.
Coordinates studies between internal and external research resources Internal market leaders, sales associates, physicians and external partners Manages internal policies and procedures to ensure proper billing and coding
Manages internal reports for revenue and volume tracking (15%) Research Liaison Works with the Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) team to determine appropriate pricing for each research agreement
Coordinates with OEM vendors as appropriate for us to facilitate new research opportunities
Works with internal sales and external resources to recruit research subjects
Works with internal sales and external resources to create and update an information packet and training for our research services (15%) Manages CDI’s internal Investigational Review Board (IRB) Provides oversight to our internal IRB
Manages and develops study protocols
Adheres to IRB reporting requirements
Creates End of Study Reports
Maintains data integrity (10%) Performs other duties as assigned
Required:
Associates degree
2 years’ experience in a health care setting
Experience working with
Physicians Preferred:
