PM Position Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Clinical Research Coordinator to join our team in Nashville, TN. This role is responsible for coordinating and executing clinical research studies in compliance with regulatory requirements and institutional guidelines. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in clinical research and a passion for advancing healthcare through high-quality research practices.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate operational activities for multiple research protocols. Serve as a liaison between site research personnel, industry sponsors, and supervisors. Collaborate with internal departments, finance teams, hospital administrators, and IRBs. Manage study timelines from feasibility submission to study closeout. Review study design and eligibility criteria with physicians and patients. Ensure informed consent and protocol compliance to protect study participants. Maintain data integrity through thorough source document review and data monitoring. Create study-specific source documentation tools when needed. Enter data into case report forms or electronic data capture systems. Track and manage shipments of study drugs, devices, and supplies. Report adverse events, protocol deviations, and other study-related issues. Attend investigator meetings, site visits, and internal CRC meetings. Respond to monitoring and audit findings.
Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelor’s Degree required Degree in a health or science-related field preferred
Experience:
Minimum of 1 year of relevant clinical research experience required
