Compensation:
$50K-$60K Base +
Bonus What You’ll Be Doing:
Plan and implement recruitment strategies to meet enrollment goals
Communicate directly with potential study participants to assess eligibility and explain study procedures
Oversee marketing campaigns with external vendors across multiple platforms
Build partnerships with healthcare providers, community organizations, and local influencers
Coordinate outreach events and informational sessions
Track recruitment data and performance metrics
Develop initiatives that promote inclusion and diversity in clinical trial participation What You’ll Need to be
Considered:
Be able to do the job as described.
Experience with community outreach, public health, or marketing campaigns
Comfort working in both clinical and community-facing environments
Familiarity with patient recruitment databases and tracking tools
Strong interpersonal and communication skills for diverse populations
Ability to independently lead initiatives while collaborating across teams
