In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting our healthcare professionals and ensuring smooth operations within our medical office. Perform insurance verification and maintain accurate patient records. Review documentation for completeness and compliance with HIPAA regulations. Check in and out patients. Support coding processes using ICD-10 standards. Manage clerical tasks including filing, data entry, and correspondence. Data entry. Provide excellent customer service to patients and their families. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in medical office administration is a plus. Strong understanding of HIPAA regulations and patient confidentiality.
