The Study Start-up Specialist supports clinical trial activation by coordinating site identification, feasibility assessments, and document collection from initiation through to study launch. This role works cross-functionally with Site Directors, Business Development, and Regulatory teams to drive timelines, manage sponsor relationships, and maintain key systems.

Shift:

Monday-Friday, 7 AM•3:30 PM or 8 AM•4:30

PM Location:

4085 University Blvd South, Suite 1, Jacksonville, FL 32216

Compensation:

$20/hr•25/hr (based on experience)

RESPONSIBILITIES

Initiate and maintain vendor relationships; collect required documentation for study procedures. Collaborate with Site Directors to provide consultative support and drive company-wide success. Work cross-functionally with internal teams to resolve issues and contribute to overall team goals. Maintain and regularly update site performance metrics, marketing materials, CRM, and CTMS systems. Follow up on marketing-generated leads and assist with lead generation efforts, including email and social media campaigns. Support the completion of feasibility questionnaires for upcoming clinical trials. Coordinate and schedule site qualification and pre-selection visits across all sites. Prepare and submit required documentation to Sponsors/CROs in advance of qualification visits. Assist with the ongoing maintenance of the Shared Investigator Platform (SIP). Collaborate closely with Regulatory, Budgets and Contracts, Site Directors, and the Regional Director of Operations (RDO).

QUALIFICATIONS

High school diploma required; Bachelor’s or advanced degree preferred Clinical research certifications, such as CCRC or CCRP encouraged 1+ year of progressive clinical research experience preferred Strong organizational skills with a goal-oriented mindset Ability to maintain a professional and positive attitude Knowledge of clinical research processes and regulatory requirements Solid understanding of

GCP, ICH
