Position Overview:

A leading national Independent Review Organization (IRO) is seeking two (2) Board-Certified Behavioral Health Medical Directors to join their growing team. This is a fully remote, full-time, salaried position focused on Utilization Review (UR). Ideal candidates are experienced psychiatrists ready to transition into a long-term, non-clinical role that demands focus, structure, and strong computer proficiency.

Key Qualifications:

MD or DO, Board Certified in General Psychiatry AND either Child & Adolescent Psychiatry or Addiction Medicine (Required) 5+ years of clinical experience (residency included) Recent direct patient care experience (within the last 6 months) Inpatient psychiatric experience is a major plus Clean medical license and background (any U.S. state license acceptable) Above-average computer skills•must be comfortable working with multiple systems, portals, and monitors Must reside and work within the U.S. (no international candidates) Must be willing to obtain additional state licenses (costs covered)

Job Responsibilities:
