We are actively hiring Bilingual Clinical Research Coordinators at our Winter Park, FL location!
The Clinical Research Coordinator assists the Investigators in executing Phase I, II, III, and IV clinical research trials in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), FDA and GCP guidelines, and study protocols while providing an impeccable patient experience in every, single interaction.
Shift:
 Monday-Friday, 8 AM – 4:30 PM (occasional weekends)
Compensation:
  Competitive hourly base compensation + comprehensive benefits, PTO, and 401k match•paid overtime for weekend work, evening work, or early morning work as needed
RESPONSIBILITIES
The Clinical Research Coordinator (CRC) obtains study participant informed consent.
Executes study protocol procedures in a detailed, organized, and professional manner.
Performs human specimen lab draws and processing, and packages specimen shipments.
Creates and completes study source documents and adverse event reporting on an e-source system.
Maintains study-specific files and supplies.
Communicate with the Study Sponsor/CRO regarding study-specific questions.
Participates in site visits from Sponsors/CROs, including site initiation and monitoring visits.
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not requiredPhlebotomy experience is required, EKG or other patient labs/processes preferredPreferably 2+ years of experience as a Clinical Research CoordinatorFamiliar with e-source reporting via an electronic platformA clear understanding of ICH, FDA, and GCP regulationsImpeccable organizational skills and attention to detailExcellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with the Principal Investigator, research team, Study Sponsor/CROs, potential subjects, and referral sourcesAn ethical compass that compels the candidate to be honest, detail-oriented, and self-drivenHigh-level critical thinking skillsWorking knowledge of medical terminology and lab collection/processing/storage proceduresProficiency with computers and Microsoft Office Suite Flourish Research offers an excellent comprehensive benefits package, a supportive and collaborative work environment, and endless growth opportunities.
