If so, our Clinical Research Associate position might be the right fit for you. Our Research Associates are a team of dynamic doers who are committed to providing first-in-class care to our patients. This role offers clinical support to our Medical Providers and Research Coordinators during Clinical trials and routine medical office visits. At any given moment, you can find a Research Associate triaging patients, gathering medical history, replacing windshield wipers on a patient’s car, performing diagnostic procedures, drawing blood, or entering data. You may see them performing ultrasounds, teaching patients, training another team member, renewing prescriptions, returning patient phone calls, relaying instructions from providers, unpacking boxes, or processing specimens. As a result of the hard-working nature of our Research Associates, they do a little bit of everything through cross-training. They may cover for a Research Coordinator who is out for an extended time. They may backfill the Administrative Team if necessary. The point is that our Research Associates are flexible, willing to learn and eager to grow with the business.
