This state-of-the-art Cancer Center boasts Commission on Cancer Accreditation since 1984 and offers comprehensive cancer care services. The facility features an on-site Radiation Oncology department, a 24-bay outpatient Oncology infusion department with on-site pharmacist, laboratory services, and access to nationwide clinical trials through
UC-NCORP.
The center utilizes Epic EMR and is supported by a collegial medical staff dedicated to providing exceptional patient care.
Opportunity:
Board Certified – Hematologist/Oncologist This is an excellent opportunity for a fellowship-trained Hematologist/Oncologist to join a well-established cancer center. The position offers a collaborative environment with supportive leadership and the chance to make a significant impact in cancer care within the community.
Job Details:
Full-time position covering outpatient clinic and minimal hospital rounds Monday-Friday 8:00 am-5:00 pm schedule (minimum 32 patient contact hours) On-call coverage for practice and inpatient Oncology patients (no weekends) Patient volume of approximately 15-25 patients per day Approximately 1200 new cancer cases per year Board Certification highly preferred due to practice complexity Desired start date: ASAP Robust Oncology supportive services available Permanent position requiring residency in the immediate local area Open to H1B and J1 visa candidates
