REDUCE-1
Study is looking at a study drug to see how safe it is and whether it works to reduce flares and prevent or reduce tophi (swollen growths around joints) in people with chronic gout. We plan to enroll a variety of people because gout and medications may affect people differently based on their race, ethnicity, gender, age, and background. We are looking for people who:
- are 18 to 85 years of age
- have a history of gout, with or without tophi
- have had at least 2 gout flares in the past year (12 months).
