Job Description
Clinical Research Coordinator Recruits and consents research participants Conducts telephone or in-person interviews with participants, including screening for eligibility Performs follow-up by telephone, e-mail, and/or mail with study participants Prepares, mails, and processes questionnaires and other study correspondence Assists in tracking study participants using MS Excel Keeps accurate and detailed records and files of work Reviews, edits, cleans, and enters participant data into a database May assist with literature reviews for proposal submissions and manuscript preparation Handles bookkeeping related to study budgets, including ordering supplies, requesting checks for payment, and participant incentives Performs miscellaneous administrative tasks such as typing labels, copying, faxing, meeting preparation, note-taking, and transcribing audio files Qualifications 1+ year of Clinical Research Coordinator (CRC) experience Experience with chart review and patient recruitment Knowledge of EDC and EMR systems Understanding of clinical research and Good Clinical Practice (GCP) Experience in pre-screening patients High school diploma or General Education Development (GED) required Vaccine experience is a plus Phlebotomy experience is a plus Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $25.00 – $30.00/hr.
