We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Clinical Research Assistant to support our growing and ongoing clinical trials and research activities. The ideal candidate will assist in the coordination, documentation, and administration of studies in compliance with regulatory requirements and internal protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the preparation and coordination of clinical trials, including subject recruitment, screening, and follow-up
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date study documentation and data entry
• Schedule study visits and coordinate logistics with clinical teams and participants
• Ensure compliance with

GCP, IRB

protocols, and sponsor requirements

• Prepare study-related materials and regulatory documents
• Collaborate closely with Principal Investigators, Study Coordinators, and other research staff

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in a clinical research setting preferred
• Familiarity with clinical trial regulations and guidelines (e.g., FDA, GCP)
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and electronic data capture systems
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certification or active membership with SOCRA or ACRP strongly preferred
• Experience working with IRB submissions and regulatory documentation
• Knowledge of clinical trial management systems (CTMS)
