Develop project scope and detailed work plans for all assignedprojects and coordinate tasks within the plans.

Examples ofprojects:

Implementation plan for meaningful use relatedprojects including CPOE and clinical quality measures, ManageAmbulatory EMR implementation, Manage Cerner Suite upgrades andManage reviews/ assessments of different vendor proposal andclinical system evaluations Manage all cross-functional aspects of the project; create thedefined deliverables within the authorized budget and within anapproved time schedule. Establish and maintain a usable andwell-communicated schedule for all phases of a project. Delegateand manage tasks of the other functional core team members andmanage scope to ensure the projects deliver on time line, scope,budget and strategy expectations. Ensure timely resolution of issues and identify, track, manage, andmitigate risk on specific client engagements. Communicate regularly with Functional Managers, Steering CommitteeMembers, Executive Sponsors and other project stake holders toappraise all regarding status of the project Provide leadership to warrant team progress, resolve conflictswithin the team and outside the team, and ensure project goals andassignments are achievable.
