Research Coordinator AP Medical Research Miami, FL 33165 Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Research Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing clinical research projects, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and facilitating the smooth operation of clinical trials. This position requires background in research methodologies and an understanding of Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and FDA regulations. Responsibilities Coordinate and oversee all aspects of clinical trials, from initiation through completion. Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and maintain confidentiality of patient information. Collaborate with investigators, study sponsors, and regulatory agencies to facilitate the execution of research protocols. Manage data collection, entry, and analysis to ensure accuracy and integrity. Conduct patient recruitment and screening processes, including obtaining informed consent. Phlebotomize patients as required for sample collection. Monitor study progress and report findings to stakeholders. Maintain study documentation and ensure proper storage of records in accordance with regulatory requirements. Provide training and support to staff involved in clinical trials management. Experience Familiarity with clinical trials management processes is highly desirable. Experience in phlebotomy or nursing is a must. Strong knowledge of Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines and FDA regulations. Excellent data management skills with attention to detail.
