Clinical Research Nurse Manager Supervise and support clinical research coordinators through mentorship, training, and performance management Strategically assign staff to studies, ensuring balanced workloads and alignment with organizational goals Serve as a resource for resolving study-related issues and ensuring protocol compliance Develop and maintain training programs; provide ongoing education on research practices and regulations Ensure adherence to institutional, sponsor, and federal research requirements Collaborate with investigators, sponsors, and regulatory teams to ensure smooth study execution Monitor study progress, oversee quality assurance activities, and identify areas for improvement Assist with hiring, onboarding, and SOP development for research coordination Report on team performance and act as a liaison to streamline cross-departmental operations Qualifications Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Georgia Bachelor’s degree in nursing required Minimum of 3 years of clinical research experience, including study coordination and regulatory compliance Proven experience in leading and managing clinical staff
