Job Summary The team member will act as an agent of the physician investigators and research staff conducting sponsored and independent clinical trials. They will perform and oversee all necessary regulatory, contract, and administrative functions and as specified below. The purpose of the Clinical Research Supervisor is to ensure that studies are adequately maintained in accordance with FDA Regulations, Good Clinical Practice Guidelines, ICH Guidelines and Novant Health policies/procedures. The Clinical Research Supervisor will provide direct leadership for a team of research specialists and coordinators in the department. Qualifications Education:

4 Year / Bachelors Degree, required. Degree in health science or business.

Experience:

 5+ years of experience in a clinical research setting, required.

Licensure/Certification:

 

ACRP / SOCRA

/ equivalent, required.
Additional Skills (required):
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with Electronic Medical Record (EMA) systems including Epic, OnCore and eReg.
Proven organizational and communication skills, both oral and written, with the ability to lead and collaborate effectively in a dynamic environment.
