The Nrth Carolina Department of Health and Human Services requires the services of an EXPERT Epic Clinical project manager to manage the planning and implementation of an EHR implementation project for the Division of State Operated Healthcare Facilities and transition from the legacy and siloed clinical applications. This project management role will work with other EHR project managers and executive leadership team, multiple internal and external stakeholders, and selected vendor(s) to analyze, plan, and implement the clinical components required for an Epic EHR system. This position will be responsible for working with seniorlevel business executives, IT management and personnel, business program resources and vendor staff to define and execute requirements and manage stakeholder expectations. This position will manage the daytoday activities for the assigned portion of the project and complete all input into overall EHR program reporting and the States Project Portfolio Tool (MS Project Server) as needed. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: + Maintaining the scope, schedule, and quality of the project for the Clinical EHR build team.
