The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in clinical research, project management, and familiarity with FDA regulations and Good Clinical Practice. This role is pivotal in ensuring that our medical team adheres to the highest standards of patient care and operational efficiency, particularly in a Level I Trauma Center environment. Duties Manage and coordinate clinical research projects from inception to completion, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. Analyze data and prepare reports on clinical outcomes, utilizing medical terminology effectively. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop protocols and procedures that enhance patient care. Ensure adherence to FDA regulations and Good Clinical Practice guidelines throughout all research activities. Provide technical writing support for research publications and grant applications. Oversee the training and development of staff in clinical practices and research methodologies. Serve as a liaison between hospital administration, clinical staff, and external stakeholders to facilitate effective communication. Monitor project timelines and budgets, implementing strategies to mitigate risks associated with clinical trials. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; advanced degree preferred (e.g., MD, PhD). Proven experience in project management within a healthcare or clinical research setting. Strong understanding of clinical research processes and methodologies. Familiarity with Level I Trauma Center operations is highly desirable. Knowledge of FDA regulations and Good Clinical Practice is essential. Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets. Proficient in technical writing, with experience preparing scientific documents and reports. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex information clearly to diverse audiences. Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team environment.
