The starting compensation for this position starts at $17.00 (Additional compensation for extended hours)

Job Summary At the direction of the Director of Maintenance, the Environmental Specialist is responsible for performing cleaning duties and routine maintenance. Essential Job Tasks Additional duties may be assigned. Assist with cleaning that may arise due to accidents throughout the day in addition to inspecting and reporting the cleanliness of all buildings to the Director of Maintenance. Responsible for maintaining inventory to include drinks, ice machines, paper products, and other cleaning supplies. Ensure that executive offices are properly maintained and dusted on a monthly basis. Assist with the set-up for meeting/conference rooms. Assist the Director of Maintenance with Maintenance Requests/Tickets. Maintain patios, feed fish, and other related responsibilities by request. Promotes, maintains, and enhances workplace culture within the Maintenance department.
