Full Job Description Job Summary:

We are seeking an Environmental Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe environment in a behavioral health facility. Must be able to pass a background and drug test.

Responsibilities:

• Able to work in a facility with adults and children with behavior issues
• Sanitate and disinfect designated areas following OSHA guidelines
• Conduct environmental services such as commercial cleaning, custodial duties, and floor care
• Implement proper waste disposal procedures
• Monitor and maintain inventory of cleaning supplies
• Collaborate with team members to ensure cleanliness standards are met

Experience:

• Previous experience in environmental services or related field preferred
• Knowledge of sanitization protocols and procedures
• Familiarity with OSHA regulations for environmental safety
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
