Job Summary Analyzes, develops, implements, and maintains software solutions designed to increase productivity, workflow, capabilities, efficiency, and effectiveness of an assigned business unit’s programs, services, and administration. Work involves meeting with users/customers, analyzing and defining system needs; using software programs and applications; and implementing, documenting, and maintaining applications. Work also involves performing project management for assigned application projects. Provides complex professional and technical support to an assigned business unit Essential Functions • Provides support for technical systems that increase the productivity, workflow, capabilities, efficiency, and effectiveness for the Collier County Landfill and Solid Waste and Recycling Facilities.
• Provides support and software solutions for Solid Waste Operation’s programs and applications, which include Scalehouse software and Landfill SCADA applications developed in-house, and/or applications purchased from vendors (i.e., intra-
