Job Duties:
Serve as the Lead and Copper Rule Manager Support to Team Lead; Serve as the Inorganic Chemical Rule Manager Lead; Serve as the Cyanide Chemical Rule Manager Lead; Serve as Physical Chemical Analysis Support; Serve as Radiological Rule Manager Support; Serve as Unregulated Contaminant Monitoring Rule Support; Assist Env./NR Specialist Team Lead supervisor with water quality analysis schedule changes for the state public water systems based on compliance needs; Coordinate, when necessary, with Enforcement Staff for administrative hearing regarding violated rules; Provide or assist in training of officials and operators regarding rule under your oversight. What you’ll need to be Successful Ability to perform effective communication either through the presented or written word. Ability to manage multiple elements that outline the rules. Be a self-starter with ability to set one’s own schedule and adhere to it to ensure tasks are completed. Preferred Qualifications Typically requires a bachelor’s degree and 2-4 years of experience.
Agency preferred qualifications:
Candidates must have regulatory experience, preferably with an environmental emphasis.
