Job Description Position Purpose:
Responsible for providing on site hazardous and non-hazardous services to meet client environmental needs in accordance with state and federal environmental, health, and safety regulations. This position will work in a supervised and/or independent capacity to successfully, and safely, complete scheduled projects for customers. Responsibilities may include packing, labeling, manifesting, and shipping waste depending on contract type. Primary Duties /
Responsibilities:
Maintain a professional image to clients by answering inquiries and suggesting solutions to existing and potential problems Manage on site customers hazardous and non hazardous waste needs per the contract Comply and enforce all environmental, health, and safety policies and procedures Ensure completion and accuracy of all
DOT/RCRA/EPA
paperwork to expedite disposal of hazardous waste as required Operate and maintain all equipment in a safe manner to insure optimum efficiency and effectiveness to complete assigned projects in a timely manner. Knowledge and understanding of contract terms and possess the ability to follow through on assignments May help develop and train OS I and II personnel in required task as needed Other work related duties as assigned Qualifications Education / Experience /
Background:
High School diploma or General Educational Development (GED) required BS in Chemistry or a related science discipline preferred Prior work experience in the hazardous waste or related industry preferred Knowledge / Skills /

Strong Team Player Excellent written and verbal communication skills Time management and organization to handle multiple tasks Computer proficiency Strong customer focus and orientation Health and Safety awareness Work independently and on an autonomous basis Required Certification / Licenses /
