Based on volume, Highland is the largest handler of produced fluids in the Pennsylvania Marcellus/Utica Shale region. Job Responsibilities The Environmental Coordinator will serve as an integral member of the team with responsibilities including, but not limited to, the following: Assist in the preparation of documents for regulatory reporting including coordinating with other departments to obtain details on each entry, preparing and reviewing Excel summaries, and coordinating the submittals
Assist with contract review and maintenance, implementation and monitoring to assure compliance with legal agreements for various jobs and projects
Review and interpret various types of intricate data associated with oil and gas activities and clearly communicate the findings to the team
Assist in project management by receiving, reviewing and managing invoices from both customers and vendors, analyzing data to assure the records are accurate and processed appropriately
Comply with Highland’s EHSQ policies, standards and procedures and demonstrate active and regular involvement in EHSQ programs
Job Qualifications
2-Year Associate’s degree preferred but not required
Accounting experience preferred
Advanced user of Microsoft Excel required
Detail-oriented
Flexible and able to multi-task
Team player
Organized
