Moore Hazardous Waste Management Program. Duties includepickup, transport, and storage of hazardous and non-hazardous wastein compliance with all federal, state, and local regulatoryrequirements. Essential Functions Receive and properly manage multiple waste streams generatedthroughout the installation. Pick up waste throughout the installation through theYou-Call-We-Haul Program. Manage the onsite inventory of containers used for wastemanagement. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the 90-DayFacility. Proactively seeks new ways to improve overall safety andenvironmental performance. Participates in ongoing environmental and safety training. May participate in the chemical and/or hazardous materialsemergency response team. Assists with spill cleanup, and reports spills to proper pointsof contact. May perform other duties as assigned.   • High school diploma or equivalent Level II
  • High school diploma or equivalent plus 1 year ofexperience in managing environmental compliance programs such ashazardous waste, clean water, clean air, or storage tankmanagement. Level III
  • High school diploma or equivalent plus 4 year ofexperience in managing environmental compliance programs such ashazardous waste, clean water, clean air, or storage tankmanagement. Level IV
  • High school diploma or equivalent plus 6 year ofexperience in managing environmental compliance programs such ashazardous waste, clean water, clean air, or storage tankmanagement.

Substitution allowed for

Experience:

Degrees accepted in lieu of experience for advanced levels, at arate of 1 year relevant education per year of required experience.

Example:

Associate’s degree = 2 years of experience Minimum Skills,License, and Certifications Minimum Skills and Abilities Performs a limited variety of simple, repetitive tasks.
