Primary Description of Work Clean and care for a variety of spaces including theatre, dressing rooms, offices and public areas. Variety of duties include cleaning windows, walls, woodwork; maintaining bathroom areas in a sanitary state; replenishing supplies and emptying trash receptacles; sweep, mop and vacuum floor surfaces. Minimum Qualifications Preferred Qualifications 080366 Terms of Employment S1 12 month Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Due to the rehearsal/performance schedule, this individual is frequently required to work nights, weekends, and holidays, in addition to the regular workweek; so theater and related spaces are ready to open two hours prior to each performance/event and office spaces are ready for business during regular business hours. This person must work well as a team member, but also work well independently.
