Medical Director:

Infection Prevention Summary:

Serves as the physician responsible for creating and implementing the strategic and clinical priorities within the area of responsibility. Plans and directs medical policies, standards, and programs as required. Responsible for strategic clinical relationships with physicians and providers. Ensures all clinical programs are in compliance with all applicable regulations. Advises non medical management on clinical and patient related matters and policies.

Minimum Qualifications:

Required Education:

Doctoral Degree –

Medical Doctor Required Credentials:

Medical License – State of Florida within 6 months of hire

Required Experience:

Executive Leadership experience may include up to 2 years Medical Staff President and/or BayCare Director/CMO.

Preferred experience:

8-10 years of SL Medical Director or similar Medical Staff Leadership.
