JOB DESCRIPTION EASTBCO

is hiring a full-time lab formulator to join our food and beverage formulation lab. This position calls for a solid understanding of both qualitative and hands-on formulation as well as developing a discerning palate for tasting the subtleties of food and beverage product formulation. This position requires basic knowledge of product formulations, proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, precise detail orientation, clear communications skills, and the ability to take ownership of multiple projects at once. The right candidate will have a deep interest in the CPG food and beverage world, some lab and/or CPG development experience, and excellent intrapersonal skills.
