What You’ll Be Doing Own the work : Lead investigations, remediation, and compliance strategies under CERCLA, RCRA, and other environmental frameworks. Lead teams : Manage cross-functional project teams across state lines and office locations. Engage stakeholders : Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and regulators to keep projects moving. Deliver results : Scope and execute Phase I/II ESAs, prepare sampling and analysis plans, and develop meaningful technical reports. Drive strategy : Evaluate remediation technologies, lead feasibility studies, and support design and corrective action implementation. Mentor and develop : Guide junior professionals and help shape EnSafe’s next generation of environmental leaders. What You Bring to the Table 5-10 years of experience in environmental consulting Bachelor’s or Master’s in Engineering, Geology, Hydrogeology, or a related field EIT or GIT required | PE or PG preferred Strong technical experience in environmental site investigations, remediation, and regulatory frameworks Working knowledge of Phase I/II ESAs, RI/FS, ROD, LTM, and federal project scopes (DoD/Navy experience a plus)
