The Role:

Environmental Project Manager – Engineer or Geologist Are you an environmental professional with 5-10 years of consulting experience ready to take the reins on high-visibility projects across Georgia and beyond? Join our Roswell-based team where you’ll lead investigations, develop client strategies, and drive real-world change—whether at industrial facilities, military installations, or federal Superfund sites. You’ll work side-by-side with skilled engineers, scientists, and PMs across the U.S., with the freedom to think creatively, lead decisively, and grow rapidly. Key Responsibilities Lead Phase I/II Site Assessments , environmental investigations, and remedial designs under

CERCLA, RCRA

, and state-specific guidance Manage multidisciplinary teams, develop scopes and budgets, and oversee field execution Coordinate directly with clients, subcontractors, and regulatory agencies Develop and review technical plans, sampling strategies, and compliance reports Analyze site data and translate findings into clear, actionable reports and recommendations Mentor junior staff and contribute to proposal development and client growth strategies Travel regionally (~30%) for site oversight and client interface Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s in Environmental/Civil/Chemical Engineering , Geology , or Hydrogeology EIT or GIT required ; P.E. or P.G. in Georgia preferred Solid knowledge of

CERCLA/RCRA

processes, environmental site assessments, and remedial design

HAZWOPER

certification (or willingness to obtain promptly) Strong written, verbal, and leadership skills Familiarity with federal/DOD/Navy projects is a plus
