Qualifications
Bachelor of Science required and clinical laboratory training culminating in national certification as defined by American Society of Clinical Pathologists (ASCP) Board of Registry License / Certification required: ASCP Medical Technologist (MT), ASCP Medical Lab Scientist (MLS), ASCPi Microbiology, or equivalent certification required? Ability to work from broad directions and be self motivated. ? Ability to prioritize workload to achieve maximum efficiency. ? Ability to effectively communicate with people of various backgrounds throughout the organization. ? Ability to provide a positive customer service experience to guest, visitors, and patients. ? Knowledge of HIPAA standards and regulations. ? Strong verbal and written communication skills. ? Strong interpersonal skills. ?
