General Description:
- This role is an individual contributor role focused on educating community HCPs on BeiGene approved medicines and indications.
Members will work across many cross functional roles, including the newly formed Targeted Account Team. The RMSL is responsible for establishing and maintaining a broad set of customer relationships with the goal of providing accurate and balanced medical and scientific information and support for BeiGene products. The RMSL will demonstrate scientific, clinical and therapeutic area expertise by providing timely medical education in support of fair-balanced scientific exchange with Hematologist/Oncologists Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), additional relevant health care providers (HCPs) including Pharmacy Directors and Pharmacy and Therapeutics (P&T) committee members, across diverse practice settings (i.e., Large-Group Practices, Health Care Organizations (HCOs) with the overarching goal of ensuring an understanding of available clinical data to support the safe and effective use of our products. Importantly, the RMSL role is defined as scientific and non-promotional in nature and must remain independent of the sales and marketing functions, except for the collaboration expressly set forth by compliance.

- Essential Functions of the role:
- + Proactive Scientific Exchange and Presentations to HCPs/HCOs to Support Understanding of Approved Indications of Approved Products + Responding to Unsolicited Medical Information requests + Gathering Scientific Insights + Non-Promotional Scientific Exchange (NPSE) + Corporate Overview and Disease State Presentations + Provide educational programs on BeiGene approved products in approved indications and disease states proactively or reactively to requests by HCP or by our field sales organization.

Experience:
- + Clinical oncology experience in hematology/oncology + Relationships with relevant HCPs in region + High level of communication (written and verbal), interpersonal, organizational, and cross functional collaboration skills.
+ Flexibility to work with colleagues in a global setting. + Able to engage in work-related travel approximately 60-70%. + Prior MSL experience or experience in Hematology/Oncology patient care + Knowledge of community oncology practice needs and challenges.

Education Required:
- + MD, PharmD.
