Clinical Research Specialist Analog Devices, Inc. is looking for a Clinical Research Specialist to join our Medical Products Group in Wilmington, Massachusetts. Analog Devices is a world leader in the design, manufacture, and marketing of a broad portfolio of high-performance analog, mixed-signal, and digital signal processing (DSP) integrated circuits (ICs) used in virtually all types of electronic equipment. Since our inception in 1965, we have focused on solving the engineering challenges associated with signal processing in electronic equipment. Used by over 100,000 customers worldwide, our signal processing products play a fundamental role in converting, conditioning, and processing real-world phenomena such as temperature, pressure, sound, light, speed, and motion into electrical signals to be used in a wide array of electronic devices. We focus on key strategic markets where our signal processing technology is often a critical differentiator in our customers’ products, namely the industrial, automotive, communications, and consumer markets. As Clinical Research Scientist, this position will be responsible for designing, and executing clinical studies, pilots, and trials in the medical products group at ADI. This includes, writing clinical protocols, defining statistical analysis plans, designing electronic data capture systems, interfacing with customers and clinical sites conducting the studies, analyzing clinical data, preparing clinical study reports, and other study related activities.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

Draft protocols for clinical pilots, studies and trials. Oversee the execution of clinical studies. Support study sites Manage relationships with partner clinical organizations Aid with clinical deployment of new products. Define data analysis procedures and statistical analysis plans Design and implement Electronic Data Capture (EDC) systems Contribute to new products’ definition and clinical requirements Travel 20%

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in Biomedical Engineering or a closely related field. 1+ years of medical products experience 2+ years of clinical research experience Strong understanding of systems physiology Strong statistics working knowledge Ability to communicate effectively, both written and verbal. Experience working with healthcare providers and medical research professionals Nice to have: Work experience in fast paced/start-up environments. Experience developing clinical requirements for medical products Experience collaborating with globally dispersed project teams. Experience with medical device standards

1st Shift/Days The expected wage range for a new hire into this position is $108,800 to $149,600. Actual wage offered may vary depending on work location, experience, education, training, external market data, internal pay equity, or other bona fide factors. This position qualifies for a discretionary performance-based bonus which is based on personal and company factors. This position includes medical, vision and dental coverage, 401k, paid vacation, holidays, and sick time, and other benefits.
