Liewei Wangand Richard Weinshilboum is available for a fellow with a M.D. orPharmD degree. Clinical Pharmacology is the science of all aspectsof the interaction between drugs and biological therapeutic agentsand humans. Clinical Pharmacology lies at the confluence ofadvances in genomics and other omics disciplines and systemsbiology to create an important aspect of Precision Medicine. MayoClinic is fortunate to have a long-standing formal training programin Clinical Pharmacology that is supported by an NIH T32 TrainingGrant. The program involves a diverse faculty in virtually everybiomedical and clinical discipline. The NIH Clinical PharmacologyTraining Program is only open to United States Citizens andPermanent Residents and is limited to fellows who have a M.D. orPharmD degree. This formal research training program is designed toprepare candidates for a career in either an academic medicalcenter environment, in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industryor in regulatory science. Qualifications The NIH ClinicalPharmacology Training Program is only open to United StatesCitizens and Permanent Residents and is designed for fellows whohave a M.D. or PharmD degree.
