JOB SUMMARY
Provides support for research and data collection efforts for bio-medically relevant human subjects research; collect, process, and interpret physiological, audio, and video data. Performs other duties as assigned

Physiological Data:
Collects physiological data from remote sensors related to human subjects research. 20%

Biomedical Data:
Processes biomedical data for used in AI and other contexts. 20%

Analyzes collected data to determine relationships between experimental variables. 20%

Project Meetings:
Participates in project meetings and occasionally lead aspects of project meetings. 20%

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Education:
High School or Equivalent, and work experience in a clinical or research setting
Work Experience:
1+ years experience is required for conducting research related to scientific computing.
PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS
Education:
Bachelor’s Degree
- Biomedical Engineering, Bioengineering, Math, Biochemistry, Physics, Electrical and Computer Engineering, or Computer Science.
Work Experience:
More than 1 year experience conducting scientific research.

Expected Pay Range:
$25/hour Salary is dependent upon several factors including, but not limited to, a candidate’s previous experience, knowledge, skills and performance in accordance with Clemson’s compensation guidelines.
ESSENTIAL PERSONNEL LEVEL
Normal Operations Required to follow emergency facility closure directives, and not normally expected work on-site during emergency situations.
