Direct HireWe’re seeking a Microbiology Programs Lead to take charge of ourenvironmental monitoring and microbiology lab programs. This roleplays a critical part in ensuring compliance, preventingcontamination, and promoting continuous improvement in a regulatedmanufacturing setting.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee allenvironmental monitoring: air, water, surface testing, andcleaning/sanitization programs Lead investigations intocontamination events and drive CAPA implementation Write, trend,and present microbiological data and EM reports Train plant staffon best practices for hygiene and compliance Conduct daily cGMPaudits with cross-functional teams and track follow-ups Develop andexecute validation protocols and update SOPs Collaborate withR D, QA, and contract labs Support audit readiness andregulatory compliance
What You’ll Bring:
Bachelor’s degree inMicrobiology, Biology, or related science Solid experience in aGMP-regulated manufacturing environment (pharma or cosmeticspreferred) Knowledge of USP, FDA, AAMI, and ISO microbiologystandards Strong technical writing, investigation, and CAPAexperience Solid leadership, organizational, and communicationskills Want to lead with purpose in a role that blends science,quality, and leadership?
