Are you passionate about microbiology and eager to gain hands-on experience in a fast paced laboratory environment? We are seeeking a Microbiology Junior Analyst to support the day to day operations of a regional microbiology laboratory. $23 – $25 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM – 4:30 PM
education: Bachelors Responsibilities What You’ll 

Do:

Receive and register microbiological samples, ensuring proper documentation and quality control.
Prepare microbiology media, reagents, and testing materials.
Conduct environmental monitoring and contamination mitigation procedures.
Perform cleaning and decontamination processes for lab surfaces, equipment, and utensils.
Maintain laboratory inventory, assist with ordering supplies, and track consumables.
Operate and troubleshoot laboratory instruments to ensure accurate testing. What We’re Looking 

For:

Bachelor’s degree in Biology, Microbiology, or a related field.
0-1 year of lab experience (internships or academic lab work welcome!).
Knowledge of ISO 17025 standards, aseptic techniques, and cross-contamination prevention (preferred).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, and laboratory information management systems (LIMS) is a plus.
