Job Summary The Mining Operations Tech role is a key position within CleanSpark’s bitcoin mining operation, working collaboratively with a dedicated team to ensure 24/7 support for mining activities. This role also involves aiding engineering and facilities teams in their respective tasks. Key Responsibilities Record and track equipment shipments accurately, managing inventory maintenance and tracking databases. Support installation and reorganization projects for mining equipment. Provide basic maintenance for miners, which may involve tasks like fan and power supply replacement. Monitor mining pool data, report key changes, and identify production environment issues. Assist with visitor coordination for equipment-related work. Offer remote assistance, including troubleshooting and equipment reboots. Support building and electrical maintenance tasks for the facilities team. Monitor temperatures in data centers and offices, reporting any significant changes. Perform additional duties as needed.

Requirements Education:

High School diploma or GED Equivalent.

Experience:

Technical expertise is beneficial but not mandatory; on-the-job training will be provided.

Skills:

Ability to work independently, basic computer competency.
