Overview:

We are seeking a strategic, experienced, and effective Radiation Therapy Director to lead and oversee all aspects of our radiation therapy services across the organization. This senior leader will ensure the delivery of high-quality, evidence-based care, maintain compliance with regulatory standards, and foster collaboration across clinical and administrative teams. The Director will play a key role in standardizing clinical protocols and supporting a culture of continuous improvement and patient safety.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide leadership and operational oversight for all radiation therapy programs across the company. Develop and implement strategic initiatives to enhance service quality, efficiency, and growth. Collaborate with physicians, physicists, dosimetrists, and administrators to standardize clinical protocols and ensure best practices. Oversee staffing, training, and professional development of radiation therapy personnel. Develop and manage budgets as well as vendor relationships.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Radiation Therapy or related field required; Master’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field strongly preferred. ARRT certification in Radiation Therapy required. Minimum of 10 years of progressive leadership experience in radiation oncology, including multi-site or senior leadership level roles. Proven track record of operational excellence, quality improvement, and team leadership. Strong knowledge of regulatory and safety standards. Excellent communication, organizational, and strategic planning skills. Skills Familiarity with radiation therapy techniques and imaging Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with patients, families, and healthcare teams. Ability to work under pressure while maintaining attention to detail in a clinical setting.
