Medical Physicist (Remote, OR):
Provide medical physics and health physics consulting services to client health care facilitiesEnsure the performance of diagnostic radiation machines is up to standardEnsure the radiologic environment where radiation producing machines and radioisotopes are used is safeEnsure compliance with state and federal regulationsCalculate and measure the radiologic quantities to interpret and implement the regulationsConduct Physics testing of the diagnostics machinesConduct surveys with various radiation detectors and survey-meters, and recordkeepingPosition reports to Atlanta, GA but can telecommute from residence in Oregon as frequent travel up to 4 days per week to unanticipated client locations in Oregon is required.
Limited 10% overnight domestic travel to unanticipated client locations within the U.S. is required.
