We’re seeking a Board-Eligible or Board-Certified Medical Physicist (ABR) to join our collaborative oncology team at a state-of-the-art cancer center in Memphis, Tennessee. This role offers hands-on opportunities in radiation therapy planning, QA, dosimetry consultation, linear accelerator calibration, and regulatory compliance—all within a supportive, high-tech environment. Key Responsibilities:

Lead treatment planning, dose calculations, and simulations using advanced TPS systems. Perform routine QA, commissioning, and equipment calibration (including linear accelerators, CT simulators, and HDR units). Collaborate with radiation oncologists, dosimetrists, and therapists to ensure safe, precise patient care. Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards (NRC, AAPM, State Radiation Guidelines). Contribute to performance improvement, radiation safety, and clinical innovations.

Qualifications:

Master’s degree in Medical Physics (or equivalent); ABR Board-Eligible required, Board-Certified preferred. 2+ years of clinical experience in a radiation oncology setting preferred. Strong background in treatment planning systems (e.g., Eclipse), QA software, and safety protocols. BLS certification within 14 days of hire.
