Director of Research Position Available In Fulton, Georgia

Job Description:

We are seeking a Director of Research to lead and refine theinvestment research efforts of our partner RIA firm. This role willbe instrumental in building the research platform, optimizing duediligence processes, and driving the development of alternativeinvestment capabilities.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Lead and enhance investment research methodologies to ensure arobust and evolving research framework. Oversee due diligence and evaluation of investment managers,ensuring alignment with strategic objectives. Develop and maintain a curated focus list of high-qualityinvestment products. Conduct deep research on investment strategies, includingalternative investments, and present findings internally andexternally. Guide and mentor junior research team members to developinstitutional-quality research capabilities. Integrate AI and technology-driven processes to streamlineresearch and reporting. Collaborate with leadership to optimize the investmentplatform, support acquisitions, and enhance portfoliostrategies. Stay ahead of market trends, economic shifts, and industrydevelopments impacting investment strategies.

Qualifications:

Minimum 10 years of investment research experience, ideallywith experience in a leadership role. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or Business (MBAand/or CFA preferred). Strong managerial and mentoring skills, with a focus ondeveloping research teams. Exceptional communication skills-must be able to translatecomplex investment concepts into clear, actionable insights. Experience with alternative investments and multi-assetstrategies preferred.
