All On-site Job Description Responsibilities:

Setup reduced scale biotherapeutic unit operations
o Preculture from vial to wavebag
o Daily offline sampling of preculture and cell culture
o Basic bioreactor operation (daily sampling, calibration of pH, DO, and PAT sensors)
o Set up and tear down of bioreactors
o Setup for other unit operations (i.e. harvest filtration, downstream purification columns) as appropriate Summarize data in electronic notebook
Conduct laboratory experiments from notebook protocols under guidance of scientists
Perform laboratory operation functions under direction of scientist that includes overseeing equipment maintenance, calibration, laboratory safety inspections, equipment qualification and work instructions, and consumable point of use purchase orders
