Associate Director/ Director – CPG Consulting (R&D – Manufacturing) Position Available In Davidson, Tennessee

Responsibilities:

Work on the latest applications of data science to solvebusiness problems in the CPG/Retail Space. Have experience in R D and Manufacturing space within CPGdomain. Conduct solution and requirement workshops involving businessand analytics stakeholders. Leverage DTC best practices to define and design advancedanalytics solutions. Participate in discussions with team members to select andapply relevant analytic techniques and create actionable businessinsights. Ability to understand the business context by discussingexisting data models with senior client leaders and deriving usefulbusiness insights. Ability to break down a project into specific tasks involvingbusiness analysis, data science, and engineering. Direct teams of business analysts to create data-drivensolutions. Architect data analytics frameworks and solutions to solvedata-driven business problems. Use Data Science, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence,and Operational Research techniques to develop data models. Report the results and insights using business intelligencetools. Responsible for making presentations to senior management,communicating results to business teams, and developing plans tohelp operationalize analytic solutions. Effectively communicate with and manage expectations acrossstakeholders.

Minimum Requirements:

12-16 years of professional work experience with at least 5years in business data analytics in the DTC space Prior experience working in the consumer goods / Retailindustry Have led Digital and analytics transformation programs Experience working with large data sets would be preferable(with an emphasis on business analysis problems) Experience in working with offshore teams Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a closelyrelated field. MBA preferred Ability to engage with executive/VP level stakeholders from theclient’s team to translate business problems to high-levelanalytics solution approach Strong project management and team management skills andability to work with global teams Strong SQL skills and excellent knowledge of visualizationtools like Tableau Knowledge of statistical and machine learning algorithms Exposure to cloud platforms and big data systems such as HadoopHDFS, Hive is a plusSignificant career development opportunitiesexist as the company grows.
