APC Sales Representatives Responsibilities:

??? Receive and organize lab requests, i.e. sample fulfillment, color matching, etc. o Includes receiving, documenting, tracking and status notifications to APC Sales Reps or customers
??? Handle correspondence from and to staff and APC Sales Reps o Recording and maintaining copious notes on each lab request and sample request
o Provide weekly status report
??? Clean lab utensils, prepare and measure various products o Training provided
??? Enter UPS shipments into online system o Training provided
??? Maintain the current filing and database systems
??? Create and update various lab related documents such as, Technical Data Sheets (TDS) and Safety Data Sheets (SDS)
??? Cleanliness and organization of lab facilities Working hours: 8:00 AM – 4:30

PM Skills:

Bilingual Spanish is a plus

Education:

High School Experience:

1-4 years
