Duties include, but are not limited to, preparation of field gear, collecting mussels by hand grubbing and snorkeling, identifying mussels by species, entering data into Excel . Some driving may be required. Minimum Qualifications 1) Must be a Troy University student 2) Must have flexible summer schedule 3) Ability to swim 4) Ability to perform field work as a team under wet, strenuous conditions Preferred Qualifications Field experience in biological collections. Interest in freshwater mussels.
