Description
The Office of International Programs at the University of West Alabama is seeking two dedicated and enthusiastic graduate students to join our team as Graduate Assistants beginning in the Fall of 2025. These positions offer an excellent opportunity to gain valuable experience in the field of International Education while supporting the mission of our institution.

Duties:

Assist with the coordination and implementation of international student programs and events.
Provide support to international students with inquiries related to University resources, services, and activities. Conduct research and assist with the development of materials related to international education initiatives. Collaborate with staff on marketing and outreach efforts to promote international programs and opportunities.
Help maintain accurate records and databases related to international student enrollment and activities. Other duties as assigned by the Office of International Programs staff.
Position start date: August 5, 2025
Qualifications
Requirements
Must be a graduate student currently enrolled at the University of West Alabama.
Possession of a valid driver’s license or the ability to obtain one.
Availability to work 20 hours per week at the International Programs House, with possible weekend hours as needed. Application Instructions
